ROCK Cafe in Goppingen

One last very good opportunity to spend the night in Göppingen. Mostly very well attended. But also during the day it is worth visiting, good food and drinks. Unfortunately closed due to the corona pandemic, hopefully it will be over soon.

Was a regular customer before it reopened and was sometimes in this store on two evenings at the weekend. Now I'm not going any more. Very sad what has become of the store. 4-5 years ago it was the hotspot in Göppingen nightlife. Now nobody goes there anymore. The Rock Cafe doesn't know what it wants to be, club or bar? So it's always too loud, but too tight to dance (if we didn't have a Corona). It is not possible to have a conversation without screaming your soul. And the music direction is awful. Too bad. Prices have also picked up since the reopening. Only the food is good.

Something has changed since the tenant change ... chic modern interior ... delicious lunch menu (burger and stuffed potatoes in our case) ... friendly service

Unpleasant service is very important here! Food is bland and the drinks are just syrup mixed with water! In any case, no original Cola or Pepsi. In the evening the music is too loud so that you can't talk. Is that a disco? Conclusion: not to be recommended unless you like unfriendly staff and bad food!

Always thought the customer is king, but here the customer is the court jester. Potential customers are simply insulted by the owner in front of other customers after they have decided not to enter the shop. However, they made a good decision. Once and never again! Would like to give 0 stars.

Here you are dealing with an outrageously primitive service. The service is unfriendly, it couldn't be more unfriendly. Really the last. After midnight the outdoor area is closed and inside the music is so loud that I almost got an ear damage. Really strange how it goes there. I have never experienced it before. Once there, never again.

Good food and good service

It's a shame, the drinks and the food were okay, but the service was very, very rude and spoke to our group of girls cheekily and were asked to do so 00:00 o'clock prompted to go in immediately because the outside area is closed. We were just about to leave, but they said we should get up immediately. He wants to call it a day outside and we weren't allowed to drink because he immediately took our full drinks, although there were still a lot of people sitting inside and outside. Does not work! The waitress was called Mert, by the way.

Good food, nice staff

We have been to the Rock Café several times and are satisfied every time. The service is always friendly and attentive, the food tastes very good and the prices are reasonable. Small children are also welcome and the great location gives them the opportunity to play and move around freely. We look forward to the next visit! +

My favorite restaurant in Göppingen. Very child-friendly. Always nice staff, even when it is very full you have the feeling to be served in peace. There is always room for a joke. The food is delicious. The burgers are really great, but other foods are also recommended. Everything very clean and well-kept. Top location, especially in summer, very great for children. We are there very, very often. Keep it up. And see you soon.

Been there for lunch today. Pre-ordered were for 8 visitors - including Gyros with fries. It should have been french fries with gyros, as there was almost nothing of the meat side dish; and that for 7.50 € (already happich). In addition, the menu was only lukewarm. Could have done better! The hamburgers ordered by the companions were small for the price of € 8, so I would go to another restaurant for this amount.

Amazing place. Love the food and attendants are very friendly. Definitely a place I like to go to have dinner or just to drink some beers.

One of the best Greek places in Göppingen. Atmosphere is nice. The location is very beautiful. Their menu is diverse and they have lots of nice drinks. The food is delicious, and they offer large quantities, so it is good value for money. The music is enjoyable. And the staff were friendly and responsive. If you are looking for a nice bar or a large meal, this is the place for you, but if you are looking for highly specialized Greek restaurants, then maybe look elsewhere.
